Healing Prayer Shawls

The justification for healing prayer shawls is in Acts 19:11,12:  "Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them."  In Mark 5:24-34, when the woman with the issue of blood touched the tsetse (tassels) on Jesus' tallit (Jewish prayer shawl) and was healed, Jesus suddenly noticed it afterward.  In Matt. 14:34-36, multitudes touched Jesus' prayer shawl tassels and were healed. And He did this a lot (Mark 6:56).

You can either knit the prayer shawl (favcrafts.com or anniescatalog.com) and pray while making it or buy a nice shawl and pray over it.  Ebay.com has a lot of them. A muffler would do.  Our prayer team prays over the shawls brought in to us on Monday morning and they are sent out to the sick with good results.  If one person prays for it, the blessing on it is limited to the Gifts of the Holy Spirit the one person has.  Thus it is good to have several prayer elders pray over it.

What to pray.  Here's something that comes to mind:

"Lord Jesus, please bring healing to those who come in contact with this shawl in all areas of their lives -- spirit, emotions, soul and body. Lord Jesus, I ask you to protect them, their families and their property from sickness, from all harm and from accidents. I ask you to protect those around them from accidents, as well.

Lord Jesus, may any poisons in their lives be neutralized and escorted out of their bodies.  May the medicines they are taking and the medical devices they are using do no harm, but only do what the doctors benevolently intended.  May any cancer cells in their bodies die as befits righteousness.  Please modify the DNA, RNA and prions of enemy microbes so they don't do any damage to this person's body, organs or cells. Please straighten out any DNA damage done in their bodies.  Please straighten out the RNA in their t-cells to only go after those things that are harmful to their bodies and bless the organs of their bodies.

If they have been subjected to any curses, hexes or spells, collectively or individually, I declare these curses, hexes or spells null and void in the name of Jesus Christ. If any unholy spirits have been sent against them or their relationships, or they have unwittingly received any unholy spirits, I decommission you in the name of Jesus Christ and I send you to Jesus for Him to deal with as He will.

If any anti-Christian or fasting prayers, sacrifices or incantations have been used against them or their faith, hope or love, I ask You to wash them clean of its effects with the blood of Christ. I break any ungodly soul & sex ties from them, in Jesus’ name. I break any unrighteous vows, dedications and seals over them and their property, in Jesus’ name.

Please fill all these areas & people with your Holy Spirit. Comfort the mourning and lonely.  Please speak truth into the memories of traumas.  Then, Lord, I ask You to send Your holy angels to guard and protect them all.   In Jesus' name, Amen."
